The course ‘Private equity and new models of entrepreneurship’ aims to introduce students to the world of entrepreneurship by presenting the most innovative and cutting-edge models.
At the end of the course, students will gain in-depth knowledge of entrepreneurial dynamics, understand the critical factors for success, and be able to develop and refine business ideas and business models. In addition, they will gain a solid understanding of private equity, understanding how it works, its diffusion and the key factors that determine success in this sector.
The course will pay particular attention to the following topics:
- Analysis of the figure of the entrepreneur, his characteristics and his relationship with the company;
- Description of the Italian business environment and propensity for entrepreneurship;
- Analysis of external entrepreneurs (incubators and private equity).
- Impact of digitization and technology transition.
- At the end of the course, students will be able to develop a business plan.
