The course ‘Technology entrepreneurship and strategy’ analyses how technological innovation in the health sector influences and is influenced by economic systems, enabling the creation of sustainable value.
In particular, the course is organized around three main areas: Technology, Innovation and Management (TIM), Strategic Management (STR) and Entrepreneurship (ENT) in healthcare. Among the topics covered are:
- basic elements for understanding innovation processes
- tools for the strategic management and development of innovation in healthcare sectors
- basic elements for understanding business processes in the health sector
