EmpowerED: Career Readiness Lab is a skills self-assessment module, integrated within the CREO project, aimed at guiding master’s students through a practical and transformative career orientation experience.

The lab’s objective is to strengthen students’ self-awareness regarding their knowledge, skills, and attitudes, helping them approach the job market with greater confidence, authenticity, and strategic focus.
